How QMax Pricing Works

There is a base subscription of $450 per month, plus a per-job price for each job you intend to build. The more jobs you build, the lower the per-job price.

Example:

Let’s say you started on QMax in January, and now it’s the end of July. From January through June, you built 98 jobs, which you already paid for. In July, you build 27 more jobs. The price for July would be:

  • Jobs 99 - 100: 2 jobs at $49.00 each = $98
  • Jobs 101 - 125: 25 jobs at $29.00 each = $725
  • $450 base subscription
  • Total for July = $450 + $98 + $725 = $1,273

You don’t pay per user. You can have as many users as you want and it doesn’t cost you a penny more. We think you’ll find that QMax is much less expensive than other software that charges you per user. It is also more adaptable to seasonality and unforeseen circumstances like the weather, so you can scale your costs with your business volume.

QMax helps you build more jobs. We stake our company on it. We do better when you do better. It’s in our interest to help you succeed.

A QMax job can have multiple trades, like roofing and siding, and it counts as just one job for billing purposes. You don’t pay for jobs lost during estimating, leads, and unapproved jobs. They’re included at no extra charge - yet QMax retains the data, photos, docs, and communications for all jobs for the lifetime of your QMax subscription. We maintain and backup all data on all jobs, whether they’re built or not. There also is no charge for your historical jobs, if you decide to import them into QMax.

You can cancel at any time.

Unlike other companies:

  • We don’t charge you for every user. You can have as many users as you want.
  • We don’t charge you for every feature. You get all the features.
  • We don’t charge you for every integration. You get all the integrations.
  • We don’t charge you for every report. You get all the reports.
  • We don’t charge you for every document. You get all the documents.
  • We don’t charge you for every file you store. Store everything you need - photos, documents, and videos - without worrying about paying for extra storage.

Customization

Did we mention that QMax is customizable? You can do a lot of customization yourself, and we can further customize QMax to your business needs. We can add custom fields, automations, and even create custom reports. We do this on a fixed-price basis, so you know what you’re getting and what it will cost ahead of time.

Terms

  • Payment: We bill monthly, and you pay via an automatic ACH payment.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Your service will continue until the end of the month you cancel. If you cancel mid-month, the charge for that month will not be prorated or refunded.
  • Billable Job: A job becomes billable when you intend to build it - meaning you’ve ordered materials, started work for at least one trade, or invoiced your customer. We realize that there’s a slight possibility that you might still lose the job, but we consider it billable because you have used QMax substantially to get to that point.
  • Pricing Tiers: The per-job price schedule is based on your accumulated billable jobs over a 12-month period, which starts when you begin the Flex plan and resets every 12 months.
  • Setup Fee: There is a one-time $1,500 setup fee. This fee covers the initial setup and data import from CSV files that you provide. We also have a series of training videos available to help you and your team get started. If you need additional data import or training, we can provide that on a fixed-price basis.
  • Support: You can name up to two people as designated support contacts. They can contact us for support via email or phone. A designated support contact must be well-versed in your business processes and how you use QMax, so they can help us help you.
