Pricing that directly scales with your business
based on 1500 jobs built per year
QMax is priced based on the number of jobs you build. You commit to a certain number of built jobs per year, and you get a discount on the per-job pricing. It’s a little like ordering a measurement from EagleView or HOVER. The per-job price declines based on your increased commitment for the year. The more jobs you commit to, the lower per-job cost. If you exceed your commitment, you simply pay per individual built job.
You don’t pay per user. You can have as many users as you want and it won’t cost you anything more.
For example, if you think you’ll build 1,500 jobs this year, your pricing would be:

A built job can have multiple trades, like roofing and siding, and it counts as just one built job. Unbuilt jobs, leads, and lost jobs don’t count against your commitment - they’re included at no extra charge - yet QMax retains the data, photos, docs, for all jobs for the lifetime of your QMax subscription. We maintain and backup all data on all jobs, whether they’re built or not. There also is no charge for your historical jobs, if you decide to add them to QMax.
The fixed monthly payment is the only recurring charge you pay. SMS is coming in the near future and there will be an additional charge per SMS/MMS message.
In essence, when you’re doing well, we’re doing well. Our incentive is to help you make your business more efficient so you can do more with less and build more jobs.
Unlike other companies:
- We don’t charge you for every user. You can have as many users as you want.
- We don’t charge you for every feature. You get all the features.
- We don’t charge you for every integration. You get all the integrations.
- We don’t charge you for every report. You get all the reports.
- We don’t charge you for every document. You get all the documents.
- We don’t charge you for every gigabyte you store. You get all the storage you need.
Your job commitment allows us to give you a discounted price for jobs. If you go over your annual committed jobs, they will be billed at the quoted “Price per additional built job” starting with the month you exceed the commitment. You will be billed monthly via ACH. Cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month, the charge for that month will not be prorated or refunded. A “built job” is any job for which you’ve completed the build for at least one trade, or have invoiced the customer. Your commitment starts on the first day of the month you start using QMax and cannot be changed for 12 months.
